Squirter® DTI FAQs
1. Is the squirt material a liquid
No. It is a cured silicone, and comes out in a form that clings to the adjacent surface for a period of time, varying from a few days to a few weeks depending on weather, wind, etc. It is dry and non-toxic when it squirts out, and is best calibrated for every installation situation to see what the "squirt event" looks like at the correct bolt tension.

2. Will the "squirt" material get into the "grip" of the bolt?
No. The silicone remains confined to the squirt channel. The "grip" of the bolt remains solid steel.
