What is the Research Council?
The Research Council on Structural Connections (or RCSC) is a group of about sixty persons from various engineering, educational, and manufacturing backgrounds. They write the main application specification for the installation of high strength structural bolts, which is in turn adopted by AISC, AASHTO, CISC, AREA.
