Squirter® DTI FAQs
Does the embedded "squirt" material affect the compression resistance of the DTI?
No. The silicone is soft and pliable, and does not affect the initial
or the long term compression resistance of the DTI. As the DTI bumps compress,
the silicone remains confined to the squirt channel. The "grip"
of the bolt remains solid steel.
Independent tests have verified that the compression resistance is unchanged
