DTI CERTIFICATIONS

All Applied Bolting DTI's are compression tested according to a specific method described in ASTM F959, and a certification document is prepared for each lot. Each lot of DTI's is identified by a unique lot number such as "ABT343PL98D-(alpha)xx(alpha)" where the last three or four alpha-numerics are stamped on each piece of that lot.

Users of that lot of DTI's can obtain a .pdf format certification for that lot from this website by using the search box. Type in the letters and numbers following the hyphen specified on our packing slip that shipped with your DTI's. So if your lot number is ABT343PL98D-S78 all you need to put in the search box is S78.

BIG DEAL

They said it couldn't be done - to stamp a 5/16" thick 16 bump Squirter to fit an M64 (2 1/2"+) diameter bolt and to generate 1680 kN of force (!!). But we did it, and now we are continuing to perfect the Squirt action on bolts of these diameters.
