Applications Engineer:

Located in scenic Southern Vermont, Applied Bolting Technology is a family-owned company with a huge growth record that specializes in structural steel bolting technology. During the past couple of years we have leveraged this knowledge to enter the world’s wind power market by developing a range of our patented Squirter® DTI’s to be used in wind turbines.

We are currently seeking an Applications Engineer to lead us down this road. All candidates must be a bright, motivated, and technically minded. The available position requires an enthusiastic individual who is willing to wear many hats. Travel is required to meet with existing and prospective customers but there will also be routine tasks at the company’s headquarters. Being able to build long term relationships is a must.

• A background in Mechanical, Civil, and/or Structural Engineering.
• An ability to increase sales thru meetings and demonstrations, developing market materials, and advertising.
• Communication skills to provide orientation and training in the use of the Squirter® DTI’s and related products to engineers and iron workers.
• Flexibility, a sense of humor and the knowledge that everything you do has a direct effect on Applied Bolting’s bottom line. There is no hiding in numbers here.
